From I-44, take the NW 23rd Street exit. Turn east. Turn right/south on Land Ave. Go one block. The property is the SE corner lot. 

Parking is along Land Ave. Small vehicles can park under the carport or driveway. Large/over-sized vehicles can park in the street along Land Ave. There is no garage parking. 

House is north of garage. Apartment is south of garage.

TO GET TO HOUSE: Enter the backyard through the iron gate. Walk along the path to the black kitchen door. There are 4 steps leading up to a small porch to the black kitchen door. 

TO GET TO APARTMENT: Enter wooden gate (it'll say 3144 1/2), walk along short sidewalk to exterior door.

On the wall opposite the black kitchen door, use your provided code to open the Igloo electronic lock. Get the key. SHUT THE LOCK DOOR.

Insert key into black, kitchen door. Turn COUNTERCLOCKWISE.

Use the provided 4-digit code for the Schalge lock.

Aside from the garage, attic, owner’s storage room (between main house and apartment), all parts of the home are yours to enjoy. 

Neither fireplace is operational. Any attempt to use either fireplace will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of remaining nights.

Ring doorbell #1 is located at the kitchen entry door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, courtyard area.
Ring doorbell #2 is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard.

The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home. 

A smart Ecobee thermostat is located in the hallway. Tap the screen and the temperature dial will light up. Use your finger to move the dial up or down to desired temperature. 

All TVs have WiFi and a variety of streaming apps. Log-in with your own log-in/password to access.

There is no cable. 

A washer/dryer are available in the basement. The basement door is in the kitchen. Use the skeleton to open the door. The stairs are steep and the head clearance at the landing is very short. YOU WILL NEED TO DUCK. When finished, close & lock the door. 

There is no laundry access in the apartment. There is a laundromat nearby.

Please keep liners in all trash cans.

Take trash to outside, blue bin.

Trash pick-up is Thursday.

Please roll bins to the curb on Wednesday night.

Place clean, loose recyclables in the outside green trash bin. Plastic grocery bags are not recyclable. Please roll the green bin to the curb on Wednesday night. 

Once starter supplies are depleted, you’ll need to replenish on your own, if needed.
