A few important reminders about this property:
1) There is no laundry facilities in the apartment.
2) The electrical outlets are finicky. Hair dryers & the like should only be used in kitchen outlets.
3) There are no outlets in the bathroom.
4) There is no access between the main home and apartment. Do not disturb the guests at the house, please!

Directions
From I-44, take the NW 23rd Street exit. Turn east. Turn right/south on Land Ave. Go one block. The property is the SE corner lot.
Parking
Parking is along Land Ave. This is a shared parking area with guests at the house.
APARTMENT GUESTS must park to the right of the garage. This is uncovered parking.
There is no garage parking.
After You've Parked
The apartment is south of garage.
TO GET TO APARTMENT: Enter wooden gate (it'll say 3144 1/2), walk along short sidewalk to exterior door.
How to Get Into Apartment
Use the provided 4-digit code for the Schalge lock. OR access the physical key from the combination lock box just inside the gate. The code is 4-4-1-3.

Access
Aside from the garage, attic, owner’s storage room (between apartment and main house), all parts of the apartment are yours to enjoy.
The garden, inside the iron fence, is off limits to Apartment guests.

Lock the doors when you leave.
Exterior lights will come on automatically.
Security
There are no Ring video doorbells at the Apartment. There are no cameras inside the Apartment.
FYI - There are two Ring video doorbells at the House (at the kitchen & front doors). The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the House.
TV and Streaming
The TV has WiFi and a variety of streaming apps. Log-in with your own log-in/password to access.
There is no cable.

Laundry in Apartment
There is no laundry access in the apartment.
A laundromat, Super Cleaning & Dry Cleaning, is about 1/2 mile away on NW 23rd Street.
Trash
Please keep liners in all trash cans.
Take trash to outside, blue bin.
Trash pick-up is Thursday.
Please roll bins to the curb on Wednesday night.
Recycling
Place clean, loose recyclables in the outside green trash bin. Plastic grocery bags are not recyclable. Please roll the green bin to the curb on Wednesday night.

Once starter supplies are depleted, you’ll need to replenish on your own, if needed.
